How to achieve electronic delivery of terms and disclosures (electronic disclosures)
A. We publish the Agreement on the Total Website for the latest card payments on the Website. If any changes to these agreements are detrimental to the users of this service, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your consent to receive electronic information only applies to the service provided by the Total Card, Inc. payment page.
Hardware and software
You are solely responsible for the hardware (including online banking, computer and software) that you use to access online banking. We assume no responsibility for any errors or delays or inability to access these services caused by your equipment. We are not responsible for the cost of updating your equipment in order to keep up with the services and we are not responsible for any damage to your equipment or the data stored there. We make no warranty or liability for any failure or failure of your equipment.
Revocation of consent to electronic delivery
